Have a question we haven’t answered? Let us know.

When is the wedding?

The wedding ceremony and reception will be on August 15, 2026. Join us for a welcome drink at 3:30pm at Synchronicity Gallery, the ceremony will start shortly after.

What should I wear?

For the wedding day: Get dressed up for a fun night - the wedding dress code is formal attire. Ladies can check out this Pinterest board for inspiration. The groom and groomsmen will be wearing suits.

For other events: For Friday Night Pizza, sundresses are great for the ladies and shorts/khakis and polo/button down for guys. All other events are very casual (bring a suit for the beach party!)

How should I get to the wedding and where should I park?

We recommend walking if you're able! Glen Arbor is wonderfully walkable, and Synchronicity Gallery and the Town Hall are just a short stroll apart. If you choose to drive, please park at Glen Arbor Township Hall. Transportation will be available between the ceremony and cocktail hour at Synchronicity Gallery and the reception at the Town Hall, so you can simply enjoy the evening without worrying about moving your car.

How can I get home safely after the fun?

If you need a ride home, please contact Jennifer, a professional driver we’ve arranged to be in Glen Arbor for Saturday night, at 231-668-1223. She’ll get you home safely for a flat $10 fee that you can pay through Venmo or Zelle.

What should I expect at the events leading up to the wedding?

We’ve planned a few casual gatherings leading up to the wedding so you can settle in and enjoy some of our favorite parts of Northern Michigan.

Thursday Welcome Drinks will be at the River Club, a great spot in Glen Arbor with live music, mini golf, and plenty of room to hang out. The bar will be un-hosted, and fast-casual food will be available to order if you’re hungry after your travels. Stop by for a drink, play a round, and help us kick off the weekend.

Friday Beach Party will be at Empire Beach, about a 15-minute drive from Glen Arbor. Pack a cooler and lunch, bring your beach gear, and join us for a relaxed afternoon by the lake, one of our very favorite ways to spend a summer day in Michigan.

Friday Night Pizza brings one of Caitlin’s family traditions to Northern Michigan. We’ll gather at Glen Arbor Wines for a hosted evening of wood-fired pizza, wine, and cider before the big day.

Are children welcome?

Book a sitter and enjoy the wedding night kid-free. Children will be welcome to join for events leading up to the wedding day.
